GoMiniMe — Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how GoMiniMe LLC ("GoMiniMe," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, business name, and similar details you provide when you create an account or contact us.
- Payment information — when you purchase a plan, our payment processor collects your payment details. We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited information such as the last four digits and payment status.
- Content and messages — the content of conversations handled by the Service, including messages sent and received by your AI assistant(s).
- Contact data you provide — for business and operator plans, the contact information you upload or connect so your AI assistant can communicate with your contacts.
- Usage and device data — log data, usage metrics, and technical information (such as IP address and browser type) collected automatically when you use the Service or our website.
2. How we use information
We use information to: provide, operate, and improve the Service; process payments and manage subscriptions; generate and deliver AI-assisted messages; provide customer support; maintain security and prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI processing
To generate messages and responses, message content and related context are processed by third-party AI model providers (such as Anthropic) acting on our behalf. We share only what is needed to produce the response, under agreements that restrict how the provider may use the data.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers (subprocessors) — trusted third parties that help us run the Service, including payment processing, AI model providers, messaging and hosting infrastructure, and email delivery. They may access information only as needed to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of GoMiniMe, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Business/operator data (controller and processor roles)
For business and operator plans, you (not GoMiniMe) determine what contact and message data enters the Service and how your AI assistant is used. In those cases you act as the data controller of that information and GoMiniMe acts as your processor, handling the data on your behalf and under your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent for the data you provide. A separate data processing agreement is available for business customers on request.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data as described below.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California and certain other states have rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell personal information). To exercise any right, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International users
We operate in the United States, and information we process may be stored and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
11. Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
